3. Quotes, Bookings and Service Acceptance
- All quotes and estimates are subject to inspection of the vehicle and confirmation by us.
- Quotes provided from photos/messages are provisional and may change once the vehicle is physically assessed.
- A booking is not confirmed until accepted by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where vehicle condition, safety concerns, parts availability, or information provided by the customer makes the work unsuitable.
4. Price Changes and Additional Work
If additional damage or required work is identified after inspection or during repair, we will notify you and provide an updated quote before continuing where reasonably practicable.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, damage, and any prior repairs.
- You are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before handover.
- You must collect the vehicle within a reasonable time once notified work is complete, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give reasonable notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or requirement of a deposit for rebooking.
7. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion and before release of the vehicle. We may retain possession of the vehicle until cleared payment is received, where legally permitted.
8. Workmanship, Parts and Warranty
We provide reasonable care and skill in line with applicable UK consumer law. Any workmanship warranty offered by us applies only to the specific work carried out and does not cover:
- pre-existing faults or unrelated future faults;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused after collection, misuse, accidents, third-party actions, or failure to follow our care/maintenance guidance;
- parts covered solely by manufacturer/supplier terms.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly and allow us a fair opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, remedy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use, except where required by law.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier issues, severe weather, force majeure events, or system outages.
